Every organization has some rules and regulations, but we are not above them. All “Terms & Conditions” are requested to be read in advance especially for the sake of maintaining good relationship between the customer and us. We are not an official distributor of any of the products we sell. Each product is purchased from official distributors and resold by us.
Warranty Policy:
- Different warranties and rules apply to each product, which we specify before purchasing the product or at the time of delivery. However, we will be obliged to solve any problem within the time specified in the products which are covered by the warranty. And sometimes the after sales service may change a bit. For example: If a product states that no after sale warranty or support is applicable. Then no warranty will be applicable after the product has been delivered. In that case, the customer should know and understand the order before buying.
- Warranty will not apply if there is any problem due to customer error or device.
- I request you to know and understand the rules of each product before buying the product. After purchasing the product, any comments outside of the rules mentioned in the product will not be accepted.
Warranty Provision:
- We are ready to support you from 10 am to 10 pm during product warranty. However, in adverse circumstances, time delays may occur, in which case time must be co-operated.
- We are committed to provide you after sales service if any product covered by warranty complies with the prescribed rules (which will be clearly written before and after the purchase of the product). Moreover, if you face any kind of problem with customer service or find it difficult to understand, we also provide (remote) support through (TeamViewer/Anydesk/Google Meet).
- We know that a customer subscribes for his/her important tasks. So we always try to support the client as fast as possible in any problem. As this is an online subscription, there may be some delay in support under adverse circumstances. In this case we take 01 to maximum 24 hours. So the customer must order the product with that time and patience in mind.
Delivery:
- As our digital service, all our products are delivered through email, messenger or WhatsApp. No separate delivery charge is applicable in this case. However, charges will apply for physical delivery products.
- It is requested to provide the correct address through which the product will be delivered (email, messenger or WhatsApp) at your own risk. Contact us if wrong email is provided.
- Product Delivery Time- It may take from minimum 1 to maximum 24 hours. In this case, you should know about the delivery time before ordering the product
Order Cancellation or Replacement:
- You can only cancel the order if PicsouGoods fails to deliver your desired product after placing the order. Again, you can cancel only if you fail to deliver, otherwise you can’t.
- If you want, you can get an alternative product as a replacement or a payment refund. In case of taking an alternative product, you can only order according to the price of the previously ordered product.
